Debby Leisner

Debby Leisner joined Widen in 2018 as Director of Operations and led activities across production, business systems, and technical operations through the acquisition by Acquia in 2021. She advanced into the role of VP of Business Operations in 2021, increasing her areas of responsibility to include human resources and talent development. Her leadership of these areas, in addition to continuous improvement initiatives through increased process automation, have supported internal alignment at scale. Debby has brought decades of leadership experience to Widen, previously scaling and optimizing large software companies with a consultative approach.
 
Debby is based in Madison, WI, and studied business management at Upper Iowa University. Her executive education has focused on transformational leadership and high-impact organizational change.
